On 25 September 2026, EXELISIS IKE presented the CAIPIRINH3A Project at Researchers’ Night Greece, hosted by the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) at its Zografou Campus.
The event brought together students, researchers, industry professionals and members of the wider public, offering an opportunity to discover how research and innovation can contribute to the transition towards cleaner and more sustainable energy systems.
Through its participation, EXELISIS introduced visitors to the objectives and research activities of CAIPIRINH3A, with a focus on plasma-assisted ammonia combustion technologies and their potential contribution to the development of carbon-free energy solutions. The project explores advanced combustion approaches using ammonia as a carbon-free fuel, with applications relevant to clean energy generation, transport and maritime sectors.
The event also provided an opportunity for open discussions with visitors about zero-carbon fuels, advanced combustion technologies and the role of innovation in supporting the transition towards a climate-neutral future.
By engaging directly with the public and the next generation of researchers and engineers, CAIPIRINH3A contributed to making complex scientific topics more accessible and highlighting the importance of collaborative research in addressing future energy and environmental challenges.
EXELISIS thanks everyone who visited the CAIPIRINH3A booth and took the time to learn more about the project and its work towards cleaner ammonia-based energy technologies.
